My story sounds just like this lady in that my TV was great I had no problems no complaints and all of a sudden the picture went I have sound but no picture they won't honor their warranty because I supposedly need to have the receipt which I do not have they tell me to go to Walmart and tell Walmart to give me a receipt we all know Walmart does not have a receipt after a year and some time I think that we should all get together with all the letters that I have seen on their warranty policy and get a class action suit going against them if anybody is willing to do that I'm in... cuz I cannot believe the answers I'm getting

I agree with the above complain. Hisense do not honour warranty.

A relative bought TV model 40K3110PW, worked for 4 months, picture was never too good. Suddenly big patch appeared and then TV stopped working. Hisense said client had hit the TV which wasnt the case as he lives alone and no one else could have hit the TV.

Harvey norman where he bought the TV also did not take responsibility too inspite of extended warranty.
