bought the new 55 inch H5 series tv got home connected it was blank.phoned the person who sold it .He says once it leaves the premises its not their responsibility.4 years guarantee suprisingly the screen is not.i have it at home still in box . disgusted with the service.

I must say it cost me quite a bit for this.dont buy unknown brands n the saiesman was very convincing. Biggest mistake of my life.

when selling u the product they promise u the world whats upsetting when theres a problem they show their true colours.they are not interested in u only their sales n commision.very unlikely i will buy another hisense product.

My family is also upset with this setup.
