Dehumidifier error code

My DH70K1G humidifier is displaying a e9 error code,what does this mean. webb,ernest@***.com

Got E9 code. Turned off unit then unplugged it.

Then pressed and held down power button for 30 seconds.

After I plugged it back in and turned it on AUTO. Works again.

I have2 55" hisense purchased year and half ago. The one having the most use just arbitrarily shut off one morning. Went on hisense on line chat (after trying u tube and many other suggestions to restart) and of course all the same suggestions were reviewed again. He suggested outside repair finally found one was told repair would be 250.00, he said your back light probably went. The replacement units are much better than the factory ones. The cost of the TV was 360. I am in a quandary whether to repair or just go back to Samsung. Please share your thoughts

Quality of tv

Pissed

Got hung up on and never got a call back had a problem with TV turning on, could not get it out of login mode to even go to. My Networkrepresentative told me to hang up. He would call me back in two minutes. Never got a call back.

Customer service and support are in need of customer service and support

Remote for a Hisense roku tv was not working instead of trying to help me figure out the problem they basically said I need to go to another website and purchase another remote customer service and support for Hisense is a hassle and a waste of your time plus theres about 30 or more sites with the Hisense name on it so after sifting through them all finding a legit site youve had enough bs and youve sifted through all those sites so you can get your problem resolved and theyre trying to make a buck off you too instead offering you customer service the way its supposed to be.

User's recommendation: Good luck with support if a Hisense product breaks down.
