TV led flash.

There are times when my television turns off by itself. I am playing quietly, and suddenly it turns off. Before, the image quality was the best, but recently it dropped significantly. The TV speaker does not work as well as before. Taking into account that it's been less than a year, and I only use headphones when I play, and I don't even play regularly, the TV quality is very poor.

Bought a brand new Hisense smart TV from Amazon 7 months ago, and it has already literally given out I've done everything on YouTube I've reset it I tried new cord. That's just ridiculous because the big box TVs could last way longer than that.

So if there's any way Hisense could contact me so we can solve this problem, because I lost everything. And I took the back off of it because you can't see through that and when I turn it on you can hear a noise but it won't do anything but flash red on the bottom where you turn the TV on at. And I have literally tried everything.. and it was a great TV I was enjoying it so much and then it just randomly went out out of nowhere.

This isn’t Hissense’s site. They won’t see this.

They have a one-year warranty. You will need to call the number that came with the tv.

The screen went pure white and then went to dark gray. There are spots of white sometimes. But they seem to move around. Not sure what went wrong. Man it had a great picture.

***WARNING***12/18/2023 (Hisense 65U7K). I purchased this unit a few days ago.

I initially setup primary profile and all seemed to work great. After setting up second profile the TV was stuck in a profile screen loop. After selecting the profile it goes to the accept permissions screen and add apps screen, then back to the profile select screen. I reached out to Hisense support today regarding the multiple profile issue.

Hisense advised this is a software issue and that I needed to contact Google support. I responded, I have multiple Google TV devices including Nvidia Shield, old laptops running android systems, and Walmart's $19 Onn 4k streaming box and multiple profiles work completely fine on every other device I have running Google TV. The Hisense TV is the only device multiple profiles doesn't work. If there is a conflict with drivers or software between Hisense and Google TV; then Hisense should have reached out to Google by now to resolve this issue that appears to have been going on for more than a year now.

Hisense should have taken the initiative to provide a better customer experience other than sell a product and then tell the customer to reach out to the software developer whom was used in the making of this unit. This TV will be returned ASAP.

Tv issue

I need a replacement tv Walmart will not let me get a new one because I don't have the old one because I threw it away because I threw it away because of the fact why do I need it and I need help getting a new one because I bought a protection plan through them and my tv no longer works and the protection plan should still be good the protection plan I had it for 2 years and it only has been a year and a half since I have bought it from Walmart in Beatrice Nebraska you please help me and thank you I would appreciate it when bought the tv it was sold to me at $235.00 and that's a lot of money to lose out on because I can't get the TV from them without having you guys call them.

New TV breacked

I bought a 65'' Hisence TV 20 days ago at Walmart in ST Cloud FL, yesterday when it was suddenly on, some gray rats appeared and it stopped working, The lines were vertical and I was deeply disappointed in the brand and it had been recommended to me a lot, then it worked after a few hours, but I need my money back, I feel devastated

Purchased 2 tv, after 13 months the black light went hisense would do nothing as it was out of warranty. Local repair company said very typical of this brand. To replace would be 150.00, purchased a Samsung as it made no sense. The repair man also told me the replacement is better than the original factory. Fast forward 2 years and the same thing happened to the second one. Frankly imo they are JUNK.

TV broken out of the box

Bought this TV for a special needs client of mine who doesn't have money access to just buy a TV got it for Christmas but purchased in October never took out of the box on Christmas day lines on the screen once.plugged up walmart wouldn't take back cause it was past 30 day which I was used to their 90 days so that's my fault hisense will not replace cause look at picture of screen and.said it looks like it happened.at the store which is just a cop-out to not.replace & told us to.try to get it repaired we should not have to do that it's brand new & warranty through them should be valid cause we or they dont.know when it was damaged from them sending it to Walmart or when Walmart put it on the floor so unfortunate to have this happen but just be sure whether it's a.present.or.not make sure you check that it works before the time of bringing it back runs out!

User's recommendation: Even if it's a gift take it out and check it before store warranty is up cause that would have.been the only way to get an exchange cause the.company would not.have.replaced it even if we opened it earlier they would just push the responsibility to the store or customer

HiSense said that they couldn't do anything about my TV because the corner of the screen has been mashed. I have taken very good care of this TV. It still has the original protective plastic on it they said that they could not replace the TV because it has been damaged from a squeezed screen. Very disappointed because basically they said i damaged it. Its 3 months old. Will never buy another one.
