Hisense - Lied too
I have had the same TV for less than a year. Gone through 20 hours of phone calls, emails and no response. The TV is *** an no one at the company is helping.

Hisense - Broken refrigerator
My refrigerator broke. I contacted them for parts they took forever tp get back to me. When i paid and waiting for the package which is the broken part of the refrigerator, their employees took forever to get back to me. Dont get me started about the courier services they use, shalom express. The most incompetent companies ever
