Had a 55 in tv that the screen went in it was 3D the replacement they gave me isn't 3D and now they send a message saying the replacement is refurbished

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of hisense tv. Hisense needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.

They pulled a similar stunt with me on a 40" Roku that my parents bought my son. I think they are running a scam by which they get you to send in the TV for repair, they don't repair it; but, damage it further and then defraud UPS AND the customer by making a claim with UPS for the full retail value, then sending customer a refurb. They are outrageous and I intend to pursue consumer action against them.
