Hisense Customer Care Review

Bought a hisense fridge 19 months ago stopped working customer service very poor. Getting a tech to come out to repair 6 days or more turn around i had to go out and buy another fridge very poor service. I would never recommend anyone to buy a hisense product ever.

Hisense claims to respond to email within 24 hours but that's a big lie. I'm not pleased with there service. As a registered Hisense owner I still have to provide *** things like serial numbers etc. Registring the product should make things easier and a order form...
