Ugh. What a piece of ***.
Purchased new 2/16. Charger went out 69 days later. After 3 weeks of trying to get a response from hisense...i finally was asked to call so we could further diagnose if the charger or laptop was bad. Being electronics savvy i already knew the charger was dead.
2 weeks more before i get a replacement charger...which lasted less than a month. Today is 8/4/16 and i am still trying to get an RA so i can send it all in for repair. Hisense has been ignoring me now.
Guess I'll have to file with my extended warranty company....never buy any hisense product again. Sad.
This reviewer shared experience about bad quality and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Hisense. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
