After 3 weeks of trying to get a response from hisense...i finally was asked to call so we could further diagnose if the charger or laptop was bad. Being electronics savvy i already knew the charger was dead. 2 weeks more before i get a replacement charger...which lasted less than a month. Today is 8/4/16 and i am still trying to get an RA so i can send it all in for repair. Hisense has been ignoring me now. Guess I'll have to file with...
