I've wasted hours trying to get some resolution for warranty replacement /repair. Hisense continued making excuses until the warranty expired.

As usual, their warranty is useless, their customer service is nonexistent, called my 83 y/o parent a liar, was rude and served no purpose. Even the salespeople at the store where purchased stated I'd have no luck dealing with this crooked company!

Bought a 55" Smart TV for an elderly parent who is homebound. Started popping/crackling, got home one morning, the screen was.cracked.

Talked to Hisense, twice, sent all pics requested, two agents, dozens of texts, but as of today (Sep 1), warranty expired. After asking if we had pets or children (neither), implied my Mom must have broke the *** tv and lied about it! It sat on the mantle, she cant even reach it!

Bunch of low-life ***! BOYCOTTING HISENSE, urging Walmart to drip them, posting on all social media, also posting on their site every day: hisense-USA on FB!!!

Reason of review: Bad quality.

We have a 50in TV ,less than 2yrs old. The input panel comes on and off by itself and then no signal.

It just scrolls by itself. They wouldn't do anything about, but it took forever to get someone on the phone and said they would call back within 7days ,that didn't happen!

We could never get any help!! Hisense you suck!
