I am BEYOND FED UP with my Hisense smart TV - Model E#55H60.THERE ARE NO MANUAL CONTROLS ON THIS SET.
Everything is controlled by the remote...which suddenly stopped working. Checked internet connection. Googled - and message after message says this is a CHRONIC PROBLEM with this TV. Suggestion: Try pushing every button over and over to restore the signal.
Didn't work. Bought a universal remote that listed Hisense as compatible. Spent an hour programming this one. Didn't work.
Original remote suddenly started working again! Worked for about a week, and stopped again. Have spent the last several hours trying everything, including the compatible remote. Nothing.
I now have a "Smart TV" that receives only Direct TV and local channels...until it will hopefully suddenly start receiving again.
Bought this POS at Walmart, which means absolutely no support from retailer.
No human customer service at Hisense...so I'm just out of luck.HISENSE/WALMART IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU SAVE
