UPDATE : The repair service arrived on July 23rd.Tech. stated that he did not have the right parts sent to him and left.
REALLED Hisense and asked for a supervisor. Was again told one was not available.I would be contacted within 24 hours of my call.48 hours...
I called for service and was told it would be minimum of 14 days before a service tech could or would respond. When I asked what was I to do without a refrigerator for 14 days I was met with a curt response. I asked for a manager, I was advised by Shane, there are no managers to speak with and that he would escalate my call to someone and I would be called back within 24-48 hours. That never happened.
I was then given a repair date and spoke with a tech who advised me that they do not stock parts and they would only be trouble shooting the unit. A second tech then called me a week later and tried to trouble shoot the refrigerator over the telephone so he could possibly bring some parts with them. Ten days later without a refrigerator, I was contacted and told my repair date was being set back another 3 days and I have yet to be contacted by anyone from Hisense. I will not buy ANYTHING from this company again.
The customer service is beyond terrible, they were rude, and apparently only two repair services provide service to this area. So anyone looking to purchase anything from this company be advised of my situation and make your decision wisely. On todays date, I asked who I could complain to about my experience. I was only provided with an email address of Service@***e-usa.com, they could not even provide me with who to direct the email to.

48 hours later...still no contact. Refrigerator is still broken !

- No service for repairs in area
- Lack of response and resolving customers issues
Preferred solution: Either new refrigerator, repaired and money back for lost food and aggravation . Have to go out to eat everyday as I can't even keep milk in frig.

I had a faulty fridge freezer replaced under warranty as it would not drain therefore iced up. The replacement has the same fault also fridge doors will not remain open.both curry’s and Hisense are not interested as they say only the first appliance had a warranty not the second
